How Many Signs Do You Need?

Along relatively straight stretches of road, place one OWM sign every 250 yards of your zone and one EOM sign at the end. If your road encompasses several curves or an intersection (you live on a corner), place the OWM signs a bit closer to make sure they are not missed by the spray crew. Below is a chart that will help you figure the number of signs you should post:

DISTANCE

# OWM SIGNS FOR POSTING ONE SIDE OF ROAD

# EOM SIGNS FOR POSTING ONE SIDE OF ROAD

# OWM SIGNS FOR POSTING BOTH SIDES OF ROAD

# EOM SIGNS FOR POSTING BOTH SIDES OF ROAD
