The Stevens County Planning Commission is a nine-member volunteer body appointed to four year terms by the Stevens County Board of Commissioners. They prepare recommendations on a variety of planning issues including the facilitation of comprehensive planning in Stevens County through the development and recommendation of plans, processes, and regulations.

The Stevens County Planning Commission typically holds regularly scheduled meetings/hearings on the 2nd Thursday of each month. The meetings/hearings are held in the Commissioners Meeting Room at the Stevens County Courthouse (Rm 215). 215 S. Oak Street, Colville, unless otherwise posted.
