Although the Stevens County Building Ordinance 02-1984 references the Uniform Building Code, Stevens County uses the 2009 International Codes (IBC, IRC, IFC, IMC, IFGC) and the Uniform Plumbing Code as required by the State of Washington per RCW19.27.031 when performing inspections and plan reviews.
