Computer/Network Support Specialist II, Stevens County Information Services Department. Bachelors Degree in computer science, management of information systems, or related field. JOB SUMMARY: The Planner I position administers and enforces the County’s development regulations, including zoning, subdivision, flood hazard, shoreline and critical areas regulations. Assists the public with interpretations of the Federal, State, and County development regulations and the County Comprehensive Plan and develops and implements revisions to existing County Code. This is a permanent full time position.  Starting Salary Range: $3,136.37 to $3,422.20 DOE per month+ benefits.

STEVENS COUNTY ASSESSOR’S OFFICE has an opening for an Appraiser Trainee.  Applicant must have the ability to understand legal descriptions and be able to locate properties on a map and physically in the field.  Applicant must have the ability to understand the standards for appraising property set forth by the Department of Revenue and must meet other minimum requirements.  Final applicants will be subject to a criminal background check. However, having a criminal record will not automatically eliminate you from consideration for the job. Records will be considered based on the requirements of RCW 9.96A.020, RCW 43.43, WAC162-12 and WAC 446-20.
