JOB SUMMARY:  Primary responsibility is to provide direct service to mentally ill clients.  Carry a case load of adult clients.  Conduct screenings and intake evaluations; conduct mental health assessments and establish an accurate DSM health diagnosis; develop treatment plans.  Additionally, provide therapy for a wide variety of clients, primarily adults between the ages of 18 – 60 years of age, in the agency, hospital, schools, and the community.  Provide modalities of individual therapy, case management, family therapy, and group therapy.  Document all sessions and maintain clinical, administrative, and MIS records.  Coordinate treatment with Program Aides and Case Managers.
