Job Description

PLANNER II position open in Land Services.  This position administers and enforces the County’s development regulations, including zoning, Shoreline Master Program, Critical Areas Ordinance and other local land use tools such Voluntary Stewardship Program.  Works independently on long range planning projects such as regulation updates, water banking and natural resource planning. This is a permanent full time position.   Compensation between $23 and $29 dollars per hour DOE plus benefits package.

Must have productive work habits. The starting pay for this position is $12.02 per hour plus benefits.
